Elevating Jell-O to A New Level – Case Study

Our Consulting Business

Our Consulting Business

In our BST 9 class, we presented case studies that had to due with raising Jell-O sales. As seen bellow, our group created a Google Slides presentation to accompany our ideas. In the presentation, we included alternatives to help Jell-O as well as our implementation on how to continue Jell-O’s business. I believe that our collaboration within our group went well.

Our presentation includes the SWOT analysis, which in general is the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of the Jell-O company. We had to have 3 alternatives with only of them being the mandatory Status Quo. Each of our alternatives had to be marked by our Decision Criteria that included profitability, customer satisfaction, and modern age acceptance. Lastly, the implementation plan was the way to gather our ideas for our best ranked alternative.

Cool Jell-O Creations:

The case studies were a good way to increase business skills and understand various aspects of a company. When we were presenting, maybe we could have had more time to review the material to smoothly present. Overall, I think everyone’s presentations we excellent. Jell-O was a great topic to research and learn about as I knew so little about the business. In conclusion, the case studies were a fine project to work on and I believe my business skills have risen as a result of our consulting business.

The Incredible Passion of Understanding The World Through Science

Nikola Tesla – Greatest Inventor

One of my passions is the subject of science in general. I love science because it allows us to learn about our universe. I really got into science in elementary school when I learnt about astronomy and our vast universe. Later, that got me interested in laws that made our universe work. Therefore, physics was my next step in learning more about our world. One of my favorite inventors was Nikola Tesla, one of the most underrated scientist. He made many discoveries without the idea of making money, but rather to help humanity. Tesla helped to create the foundations for modern civilization, by creating AC current electricity (cool tricks). He also had plans in making electricity free and making an ultimate weapon for the military, but was stopped from funding by greedy scientists. Like many other scientists, he helped to grow our knowledge to progress humanity to a better and to a more technological future.

Isaac Newton – Greatest Physicist

I believe science is an essential part of being a human because it comes naturally such as the act of asking questions. Science only thrives when curiosity is fueled by the determination for learning the answers (cool facts). My passion for science comes from the natural curiosity given to us as a child. I realize that there is always going to be things to learn, but the act of achieving your goals through learning is the most important. Without the foundation of science, society would not progress in technological advancements or would not make the new breakthrough that could have helped the world.

I, as a curious learner, was always baffled by the astounding new discoveries about our universe. One of my favorite physicist who made exceptional discoveries was Isaac Newton, because he discovered a lot to add to our understanding in physics (physics phenomenons). At a very young age, Newton was already a true genius by creating the three laws of motion and the force of gravity. Newton also created calculus which made physics of planets much more understandable. Science is great to learn but also to great to create. Many cool experiments and projects show the wonderful field of practical science, with experiments that defy our knowledge (cool science tricks). Science creates gadgets and products that are just spectacular, and are all created from curiosity. Science is my passion and I find it exceptional because it helps to understand our universe, and creates technological advances for the future of our human civilization.
